Tuna Burger
Ingredients:
Tuna Patties
- 2 185g Gold Seas Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil, drained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- oil, for frying
To assemble the burgers
- 4 pieces burger buns, split
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup tomato ketchup
- 4 slices cheese
- tomato slices and lettuce leaves
Procedure:
1. To make tuna patties, combine ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
3. Fry in a non-stick pan until cooked through.
4. Layer burger buns with mayonnaise, tuna patty, ketchup, cheese, tomato, and lettuce.

Golden Tip: For a crunchy burger, dredge tuna patties in flour, dip in beaten egg, cover with bread crumbs, and fry until golden.
